VACCINATION CLINICS
If you are over 65 or in a clinical risk group you may be eligible for the FLU vaccination.
We have now completed our COVID vaccinations for 2024
If you have not received your invitation via letter or text please contact the surgery for details of the clinics.
Flu vaccination clinic will take place in November for 2-4 year old children

RSV Vaccine
If you are between 75-79 years of age you may be eligible for the RSV vaccination which helps to protect you against severe lung infections.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE DATES
The Surgery will be closed on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December 2024 for the Christmas Holidays.
We will re-open on Friday 27th December 2024 @8.30am
We will also be closed on Wednesday 1st January 2025 for the New Year holiday and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025 @8.30am

To speak with a GP please phone the surgery STRICTLY between 8.30 and 9.30am to book a telephone call. There are URGENT on the day phone calls available but the list is not endless and once complete you will be asked to phone back at the next call time.
You can now PRE BOOK a non-urgent telephone call in advance with the GP.
EMERGENCY calls ONLY will be taken outside of these times.
GP Face to Face appointments are booked following a telephone triage call with the doctor .
There has been a sharp rise in the amount of verbal abuse from some patients to our staff. Whilst we appreciate at times your frustration PLEASE DO NOT VERBALLY OR OTHERWISE take your frustrations out on our staff who work extremely hard in an ever increasing and demanding service.
We operate a ZERO tolerance policy towards abuse and your patience is very much appreciated.
For Smears/Diabetic/Asthma reviews or bloods please contact reception to book an appointment with our Practice Nurse.
Due to an increased volume of phone calls and prescription requests please allow 72 hours for any repeat prescriptions to be issued and also allow extra time for these to go to your nominated Pharmacy
Our Clinical staff and Doctors are continuing with clinics/surgeries but respectfully request that unless you are Medically Exempt please ensure you wear your mask at all times whilst in the Medical Centre and the number of patients permitted into the waiting room may continue to be limited. This enables the practice to provide some protection to all our patients and staff within our Healthcare setting at this time
Normal Appointments are currently suspended. If you need to speak to a GP please phone between 8.30am and 9:30am
Emergencies only will be accepted after these times
The Practice will be operating a Telephone Triage service with immediate effect as a result of the Coronavirus emergency. Where possible try to give the reception staff a nominated Pharmacy for your Prescriptions to be sent to.
