The Practice will be operating a Telephone Triage service with immediate effect as a result of the Coronavirus emergency.  Where possible try to give the reception staff a nominated Pharmacy for your Prescriptions to be sent to.

The Practice will not be operating any Open Surgeries or Book on day Clinics for the foreseeable future.  Telephone Triage clinics will operate in their place

COVID-19 (coronavirus)

If you have been to:  China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the last 14 days; or

Northern Italy (not including Pisa, Florence, and Rimini), Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar since February 19th 2020

and have any of these symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Difficulty breathing

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE SURGERY - Telephone the GP reception on 028 91477150 for further advice. 

If you are very unwell please inform the receptionist at the beginning of your call

If you have been to Hubei Province (including Wuhan) in the last 14 days; or

Iran, specific lockdown areas in Northern Italy or special care zones of South Korea since February 19th 2020;

please return home and contact the NHS111 helpline.  Telephone 111 and enter 1 for the coronavirus advice service.
