Please note that for the foreseeable future call times with a GP are 8.30 - 09.30 only. the below service is suspended
Patients who wish to speak to a Doctor may contact the surgery at the following times. Patients are reminded that it is not always necessary to speak with the same Doctor. ALL Doctors have access to your clinical records and ALL of the Doctors have made notes about your care and treatment so that other Doctors can make decisions about any further care or treatment required. The number of telephone calls the Doctors take is limited and it may not always be possible to speak to a Doctor of your choice. Reception Staff  DO NOT allocate the telephone calls, this is at the request of the Doctors and we ask that Patients be considerate of this.

There is telephone call time with GPs both morning and afternoon. Morning call time is at 8.30am - 9.30am for all Doctors. Calls are allocated on a first come basis (and are held chronologically in the telephone system).

Staff will take Patients contact details and Doctors will call Patients back. It is important that Patients remain available at the telephone number they have given as Doctors may not be able to call back more than once
These call times may change due to daily circumstances in the surgery (i.e. emergencies - holidays )
